(10) Inform and/or remind parents about the party by posting flyers all around school; sending flyers home with students; and/or sending out school newsletters or a parent mailing via US Mail. Don’t forget to instruct students and teachers to wear red clothing to the event!

Note: Create a folder containing every detail concerning this event in case you decide to do it again next year.

Clean Up & Storage: If there is any food leftover, wrap it up for students, parents, and teachers to take home. Have committee members stay and clear away food trash and decorations. File the event folder.

Discussion Ideas: Hold a “Wrap Up” Meeting to see if committee members have any suggestions about how to do it better next time around.
